What’s needed is an operating window of appropriate size. Tridonic goes one step further however. The operating windows overlap from one driver to the next. This results in maximum flexibility and covers all the operating points within the voltage range. It is then possible to maintain reduced stock levels and still be able to choose a driver that is not only suitable but also more efficient. And because the new Generation 4 drivers are backwards compatible, luminaires can easily be updated with state-of-the-art technology.
