With an intelligent DALI light management system, as demonstrated by Tridonic at Light+Building, in combination with individually addressable and dimmable DALI control gear for lamps and LEDs the potential energy savings are enormous. By networking the system it will be possible to implement projects of virtually any size and number of connected luminaires with a multi-functional lighting control system.
 

New generations of electronic control gear

With its new concept, Tridonic continues to demonstrate its expertise in this field by not just maintaining a series of products but by launching a new generation of products.

The new series of dimmable control gear is equipped with numerous additional features and gives luminaire manufacturers and users even more options. With new digital interfaces, sensor functions and memory functions the devices meet all the requirements for dimmable light and open up countless possible applications. Tridonic offers these three series so that customers have a choice of technical features in clearly defined packages. This makes it easier to match the devices to the individual requirements. The company therefore offers luminaire manufacturers precisely the functionality that they need for their products.

Clearer segmentation is also being introduced for the Tridonic product portfolio of non-dimmable ballasts with the further improved xitec II processor. With the new Fixed Output generation Tridonic has improved the technical properties and therefore the overall efficiency of lighting systems.
