SIDEREA wins prize

The award recognised the research and development work undertaken for new lighting solution SIDEREA and the successful market launch. SIDEREA is the Tridonic system for smart and connected street lighting that reduces power consumption by 86 % and maintenance costs by up to 50 % compared to conventional street lighting. Municipalities benefit from decreased spending, while the environment benefits from reduced CO₂ emissions and light pollution harmful to wildlife.
